Returns & Refunds

Every product is carefully designed, tested, and shipped with intention. Because we are a small, independent label with limited stock, we are not able to offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction. Please make sure to review the product descriptions and sizing information carefully before making your purchase.

We only offer refunds in the case where an item arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us at thezvey@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

We do not offer exchanges at this time, as our inventory is intentionally small and tightly managed. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order after your refund is processed (if applicable).
