At THE ZVEY, we understand that receiving your gear quickly and reliably is a big part of your experience with us. Once you place your order, we get to work right away. Orders are usually packed and shipped within one to two business days from the time your purchase is confirmed. We’ll email you tracking information as soon as your order leaves our hands, so you can follow it every step of the way. For deliveries within Australia, standard shipping typically takes between three to seven business days, depending on your location, while express shipping options generally arrive in one to three business days. If you’re ordering from outside Australia, please note that shipping times vary based on destination, local customs processing, and courier networks, and delivery can take anywhere from seven to twenty-one business days. We ship with trusted partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, but occasionally delays happen, especially during peak seasons or due to customs processes. Standard International Shipping (AusPost) — AUD $25, estimated 5-8 business days, fully tracked. Express International Shipping (AusPost) — AUD $40, estimated 3-5 business days. Due to New Zealand's duty free threshold of NZD $1,000, no customs duties or import taxes will apply to your order.
