At THE ZVEY, every product is carefully designed, tested, and shipped with intention.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, have tags removed, or are returned outside this window are not eligible.
To start a return, email us at thezvey@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number and clear photos. We'll make it right.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time, as our inventory is intentionally small and tightly managed. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order once your return is processed.

We're a small, independent label, please review all product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing. Returns for change of mind or sizing are accepted under the conditions above, but we appreciate your care in ordering.
